Annual General Meeting

You're Invited

Dear Members,  

On behalf of the Board of Directors and Staff of Midwest Co-operative Services Inc., we would like to invite you to our Annual Meeting on Wednesday November 27th, 2024 at the Mildmay Arena.

Registration will begin at 6:30PM. Please bring identification and your account number.

The meeting will begin at 7:00PM
, for the purpose of receiving Annual Reports from Management and the Board of Directors, reviewing Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending August 31st, 2023, electing four (4) directors, the appointment of auditors for the year 2025, and any other business that may properly arise.

 3 - 3 year term

• 1 - 1 Year Term

Director Nominations are Open

The Board has created a nominations committee to establish a list of eligible candidates for the election.

Current nominees:

• Andrew Black - Incumbent - Director

• Ron Ross - Incumbent - Director
